To promote and enhance a positive relationship among production agriculturalists, value-added agriculture, retail business and consumers in the Yankton area. 

2013 Strategic Plan 
     •  Sponsor and promote the seventh annual Ag Gala (June 18, 2013)
     •  Promote Ag in Youth - P.A.Y. (Promoting Agricultural Youth)
        Scholarship development and 4-H Achievement Days (August 2, 2013)
     •  Agriculture Promotion – National Ag Week promotion (March 17-23, 2013)
        and Ag education for all ages
