Playing to win takes on a whole new meaning when you do business on the green. Designed to create an environment that encourages camaraderie and promote business opportunity among Chamber members, the event continues to grow each year.
Members can enjoy a nice game of Texas Scramble (best ball). You can register as an individual or as a team. Chamber members can sponsor different holes and prizes. Teams are open to the public. Typically held in September, but is subject to weather.
This event is organized and sponsored by the Chamber’s Ambassadors Committee.

Golf Day Sponsorship Opportunities
“Oscar” Title Sponsor – $1,000 (limit 1)
• Name included in the title of the event in all marketing, media and
support materials
• Sponsor listed on table tents on every table at awards dinner
• (2) four person teams in tournament
• Indoor marketing opportunities in the club house during the day
• Exclusive hole sponsorship/tee signage
• Representative from sponsor can award the top flight winners at
awards dinner
“Golden Globes” Sponsor – $650 (limit 4)
• Company logo featured in all print and electronic media
• (1) four person team in tournament
• Sponsor listed on table tents on every table at awards dinner
• Exclusive hole sponsorship/tee signage
• Indoor marketing opportunities in the club house during the day
“Screen Actors Guild” Sponsor – $500 (limit 2)
• Company logo featured in all print and electronic media
• Indoor signage in the Lounge
• Signage provided on the beverage cart
• Indoor signage at awards dinner
“Best Actor” Hole Sponsors – $150 (limit 13)
• Company logo featured in all print materials and electronic media
• Signage provided at tee box
• Sponsors have option to have representatives staff their holes with
a fun activity or unique experience that showcases their product or
service (drawings, giveaways and prizes are encouraged)
**Note: There will be an award for golfer’s favorite hole as well as best
decorated. Sponsors will receive recognition at the awards dinner when

“Best Supporting Role” Cart Sponsor – $150 (limit 1)
• Cart logo signage will list pin prizes for each hole and be viewed
by 144 golfers at every hole
• Sponsor mentioned in all print materials and electronic media
“Director’s Cut” Putting Green Sponsor – $75 (limit 1)
• Sponsor mentioned in all print materials and electronic media
• Exclusive signage at the Putting Green
Donation Sponsors – $25 value (unlimited)
• Sponsors and donated items will be listed at every place setting
at the awards dinner
• Prizes will be drawn while golfers are playing and the winners’
names will be listed by the prize when the award dinner begins.
