Unable to release spare tire; John Fitzgerald is at his John's Total office and says to bring the tire to him. Unable to patch the tire and John does not have the odd size tire on hand so offers to help retrieve the spare tire. Still unable to release the spare tire after 30 minutes of knuckle scraping attempts.
