| Governmental Affairs Committee Schedules Candidate Forums |
| The Yankton Area Chamber of Commerce's Governmental Affairs Committee is sponsoring a candidate forum for those campaigning for the Yankton City Commission and Yankton School Board. The Center, 900 Whiting Dr., will be the site for the Monday, April 5 forum. The candidates for the city commission will appear at 7 p.m. and the candidates for the school board of education will appear at 8 p.m. There are four candidates campaigning for seats on the city commission: Charlie Gross, Paul Lowrie, Jeffrey Sweeden and Brad Woerner. There are three candidates campaigning for seats on the School Board: Chris Specht, Jim Fitzgerald and Terry Winter. The public is invited to attend. |
