Yankton Day/Legislative Reception

This annual trip provides Chamber members and the public an opportunity to experience lobbying for priority issues at the Capitol in Pierre. Participants typically wear their “Yankton red” and meet with cabinet officials and the governor to discuss issues important to the community of Yankton.
The trip is held in February each year. This event is sponsored by the Chamber’s Governmental Affairs Committee.
