Shown below are the events in the Meridian District that have requested, or been approved, for a street, alley or parking lot closure. All events need to file a request with the City of Yankton to initiate the process.  (Insert link here when available)
Yankton Thrive, per city ordinance, is assisting in the marketing of the closures.  The application for the required notification services can be found here. (We will link to the form and have it as a downloadable pdf.)

Upcoming Street, Alley & Parking Lot Closures in the Meridian District

Marketing notifications may include:  social media, email, traditional mail, text messaging, PEG channel, PSAs in print, PSAs on radio and Yankton Thrive website.
Neither the City of Yankton, nor Yankton Thrive is the host of a given event. These notifications are designed to accommodate the City’s special events ordinances.
